INTRODUCTION

The Bizztalk was chaired by Wawa and held informally in Seri Banun's private kitchen after triple birthday celebration for Jun, Seri and Aida.

MATTER DISCUSSED

1.0 COMMITTEE MEMBERS

The main agenda discussed in this meeting was the formation of Lafies Corp Committee Members.

A.    Sher refused to accept her pre-appointment as the LafiesCorp first President.

B.     Seri Banun suggested that the right person to hold that position at least for the first term is KekNa. All attendees agreed with the proposal.

C.     The meeting attendees agreed to register Lafiescorp as a company instead of co-op due to complicated procedures which will drag the formation of the group. The formation of LLP company was proposed for its simple procedure.

D.    The meeting attendees also agreed and confirmed to form the Committee Members as below:

2.0 PREVIOUS GATHERING

On behalf of Lafies, Fathy expressed high appreciation to Azmila for the previous gathering on December 16, 2013 held at her mansion.  She also highlighted the possiblity of 'rezeki Allah' towards Azmila and family after the hosting of 'makan2' or in other words...sedekah to friends.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES
Media Bureau to start updating Lafies Blog. Recreation Bureau to start checking on possible lafies trip destinations i.e Jun to arrange Pengkalan Balak family trip as Lafies first recreational activity. Wawa suggested Jun to propose jogging or exercise during any Lafies gathering to add varieties in our activities. Welfare Bureau to start posting/sharing weekly "tazkirah' via you tube/link/WA to all

4.0 NEXT MEETING

The meeting was adjourned at 5.00 pm and the next meeting is scheduled on January 14, 2014, 11.00 am at Kekna's Office. The main Agenda in this coming meeting is to finalize the formation of LafiesCorp Committee members and to complete the online registration to incorporate LafiesCorp via SSM dedicated MyLLP portal.
